Anne Lene graduated from the Oslo School of Architecture (AHO) in 2008 and joined NSW in 2011, where she worked with a variety of different projects, both restoration and refurbishment projects as well as new constructions, including the first BREEAM-NOR certified office building in the county of Innlandet, Norway.

In 2014, Anne Lene left Norway for Canada to broaden her experience in architecture at the Toronto based firm Quadrangle Architects, where she worked on several projects, including large scale shopping center renovations, condominiums and high-rise buildings.

After returning to NSW in late 2016, she has been working on the reconstruction of the Kristiansand Courthouse’s façade and the BREEAM-NOR certified office buildings, the Drammen Business Center and the County Governor building in Arendal. In the past years she has been working with a variety of different projects for Forsvarsbygg and Avinor.

She has great experience in sustainable design including BREEAM-NOR and working with complex projects from concept phase to completion.
