Ragnhild completed her studies at the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTNU) in 2006. After graduating she joined NSW for five years. After a break as an architect and partner at LPO arkitekter, Ragnhild rejoined NSW in 2015.

As a senior architect and project manager, Ragnhild has gained a broad experience within a range of projects with different programs, scales and complexity. She has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of all steps of project development - from sketch phase to building site - with a particular focus on the realization of her projects, successful cross-disciplinary co-ordination and client satisfaction.

Her portfolio includes work for public and private developers within the residential, educational and commercial sectors. Several of her projects are focused on the transformation and refurbishment of existing buildings.

Ragnhild also has special expertise in urban planning, both on a detailed level and within larger scale zoning plans.

Her particular interest in urban development with a sustainable approach, has lead to part-time studies for a master in urbanism at The Oslo School of Architecture and Design (AHO).

After leading the winning team for a new masterplan for Fløyheia in Arendal, she has developed the project further. Recently, she completed the cornerstone in the masterplan, a new office building for “Statsforvalteren i Agder” in Arendal.
