As the Head of the Urban Development Department, Ragnhild specialises in urban planning and facilitating large-scale participatory processes. She is passionate about creating sustainable and dynamic urban environments committed to driving positive change and fostering inclusive development practices.
With a practical and adaptable approach to tasks, she brings extensive expertise across all phases of the design process. She has extensive experience within projects of various scales, from small-scale designs to complex buildings and urban planning projects.
Ragnhild has gained invaluable experience and insight into the complexities of urban development and large building projects, through her work at various architectural firms in Oslo.
